परिचय

अशफ़ाक़ अहमद समकालीन हिन्दी साहित्य के उन लेखकों में से हैं जिन्होंने विचार, यथार्थ और कल्पना — तीनों को अपने लेखन में गहराई से पिरोया है।

अब तक वे साठ से अधिक पुस्तकों की रचना कर चुके हैं, जिनमें प्रमुख हैं — जिहादी परिंदे, गॉड्स एग्जिस्टेंस, गिद्धभोज, इनफिनिटी, जूनियर गिगोलो, द ब्लडी कैसल, वन मिसिंग डे, सर्वाइवर्स ऑफ़ द अर्थ, ज़रा सा इश्क़, फेक कपल, आतशीं, वो लड़की भोली भाली सी, मिरोव, ओरियन, विलाद और इक्वोडो और स्पाइवर्स और क्डेराइम फिक्विशन विद डेविड श्रंखला की पुस्तकें।

वे ‘लफ़्ज़तराश’, ‘शब्दकार’, ‘आख़रवाणी पत्रिका’ जैसे अनेक साहित्यिक ब्लॉग्स के संस्थापक एवं संपादक हैं, और और ‘ग्रेडियस’ नाम का प्रकाशन चलाते हैं— जहाँ वे साहित्य, समाज, राजनीति और जीवन से जुड़े विविध विषयों पर अपने लेख व विचार साझा करते हैं एवं पुस्तकें प्रकाशित करते हैं।

अशफ़ाक़ अहमद अपने लेखन के माध्यम से न सिर्फ़ सवाल उठाते हैं, बल्कि मनुष्य और मानवता के भीतर छिपी संवेदनाओं की खोज भी करते हैं। उनकी भाषा में विचार की तीक्ष्णता और भाव की गहराई, दोनों समान रूप से उपस्थित हैं।

Ashfaq Ahmad is one of those writers in contemporary Hindi literature, who has deeply woven thought, reality, and imagination into his writing.

To date, he has authored over sixty books, prominent among them being: Jihadi Parinde, God's Existence, Vulture's Feast, Infinity, Junior Gigolo, The Bloody Castle, One Missing Day, Survivors of the Earth, Zara Sa Ishq, Fake Couple, Atashin, Woh Ladki Bholi Bhaali Si, Mirov, Orion, Vilaad and Ikwodo, and the many Books from Spivers and Crime Fiction with David series.

His works offer a vivid glimpse of the ongoing conflicts between society, humanity, and power. Ashfaq Ahmad's writing is not just fiction, but a journey of thought— where every character, every dialogue, and every situation resonates within the reader.

He is the founder and editor of several literary blogs, including "Lafzatraash," "Shabdkaar," and "Aakharwaani Patrika," and runs a publication called "Gradias," where he shares his articles and thoughts on a variety of topics related to literature, society, politics, and life, and publishes books.

Through his writing, Ashfaq Ahmad not only raises questions but also explores the hidden emotions within man and humanity. His language is equally characterized by sharpness of thought and depth of emotion.
